Gathering Room The Gathering Room, located just off the front porch, is cheerfully decorated with a diverse mixture of antique and contemporary pieces. The inviting stone fireplace provides an ideal atmosphere for curling up with a good book, socializing with other guests, or playing a friendly game of chess or backgammon. Piano players are welcome to have a go at the 19th Century Steinway upright grand piano. Or, you may choose to simply relax and enjoy the lakefront view through the wall of French doors leading to the porch.
